UPBC-Day 3

This was hobo breakfast day! I explained hobo breakfast in last year's camp post, but it's basically a camp tradition where we make our own breakfast of eggs, bacon, and bread on a metal folgers can with a sterno/burner underneath while sitting on railroad tracks. It's actually pretty tasty and a really unique experience.

Starting the day right

Eric really enjoyed his morning chats on the porch with some of the camp folks.

Graham's hobo breakfast demonstration before we walk to the tracks.

Breakfast buds

Back at camp making a rocket to shoot off later in the week.

These two goofballs crack me up

I'm not sure what's happening here

Judah and Toby went tubing! Judah was nervous about falling off, but he was glad he tried it and had a blast.

They are really far away here, but the looks on their faces are pure joy!

Annnnd, the ankle being iced-poor Eric.

Finding a more efficient way to get around camp

This evening was sports theme at dinner, so we were "sporting" our favorite team!

Jammin' to some rock music while at dinner

The official players for the basketball tournament...plus Eric, who wanted to be in the picture even though he wasn't able to play.
