Spring Break-Heading Home

On our drive home the first day, we stopped to see the Thomas Edison National Historical Park, which was where his laboratory and business headquarters were. After that, we drove to Philadelphia to see the Liberty Bell. The following day, we visited the Hershey Museum before heading back home!

It's amazing how many things Edison invented...he's most famous for the light bulb, but he invented all kinds of things.

On to the Liberty Bell-we made it in just before closing.

The Hershey Museum was a lot of fun, We couldn't believe how huge it was...and all the candy! This was also Judah's official birthday. What a fun way to celebrate!

This was Judah's birthday loot

A yummy treat!

The kids thought this was hilarious. All the Hershey characters came out to say hello...the boys took full advantage of this, while Eden wanted nothing to do with it.

New York-Day 4

This was our last day in NY. We at lunch at Chelsea Market...the tacos were ah-ma-zing. Another fun story: our neighbors also went to NY at the same time we did. Eric was walking to get napkins in Chelsea Market, and ran into our neighbors who also happened to be getting lunch there at the same time. It was so random, but so fun!

After lunch, we walked on the High Line, which was a unique experience. After that, we headed to Central Park where the kids climbed rocks and threw the ball with daddy. This was a highlight for the kids-they really enjoyed exploring the park and playing.

We ended our evening with a special activity! Eric took the boys to a Knicks game at Madison Square Garden, while Eden and I went to see the Broadway show "Wicked". Everyone had a great time. Our show was simply amazing. Eden had been looking forward to this event ALL week, and it was worth the wait!

Time to try the High Line

This is Vessel-we didn't get tickets for this, but it sure looked cool. You can walk up this entire structure.
