Upper Peninsula Bible Camp 2017

Well. we are back from quite an adventure. Months ago, friends of ours had mentioned that they would be attending Upper Peninsula Bible Camp this year. After hearing about it, Eric and I looked it up and decided that this would be a great activity for our family this year as well. We have never done anything like this yet, and we knew that the kids would really enjoy a camp experience.

The camp was a week long (so you know that means lots of pictures, right?), and is located in Little Lake, Michigan, right in the middle of Michigan's Upper Peninsula in the heart of the north woods. We decided to start our trip a day early to break up the drive, and do a little sight seeing in the UP before checking in at camp. We visited two waterfalls before checking in on Saturday-Wagner Falls and Au Train Falls. Then, we arrived at camp, got settled in, and had dinner with all the campers. Needless to say, the kids were very excited to explore camp and see what this was all about.

Friday night...the kids always love sleeping in a hotel.:)

This is where we stopped for lunch on Saturday. They had a chalkboard by the booths, so the kids thought that was fun.

He's all smiles because daddy bought him a root beer.

Eden kept asking me to take a picture of her creation.

Finally at camp!

This was our cabin. We stayed on one side and our friends stayed on the other side.
