Asher 20 Questions (4 Year)

I'm behind on my posts, so here are Asher's 20 Questions for his 4th birthday! Asher continues to surprise us and make us laugh with his antics, expressions, and goofy personality. We call him "Mr. Personality" around the house, because he is frequently making us laugh with his sense of humor, facial expressions, and wit...where he comes up with this stuff we have no idea. If there was one word to sum him up, it would be "expressive" ("whiny" is a close second, though). I have told Eric numerous times that I think we have a class clown on our hands.

One funny recent thing is that he has been adding the word "boys" to the end of his sentences. So, he will say "Let's go upstairs...boys!" or "That's what I'm talking about, boys!", and he puts an emphasis on the word (like "BOYZZZ"). It's so funny when he says it. When we were at the beach this past weekend, I was watching Asher play by himself, and he was talking to himself being very expressive (I wonder what the conversation was)! At one point, he pulled a large stick out of the sand, shook his fists in the air, and gave a silent victory shout. It was soooo funny.

He loves making people laugh and seems to know just what will do the job. Asher also loves to help, is super creative, loves building, drawing, and anything Star Wars. He continues to be a mama's boy, preferring me for almost everything (unless, of course, he gets to watch a Star Wars clip...that's daddy's domain). He is also a physical boy (way more than his older brother). He loves jumping on Judah, wacking, swinging at anything he can, jumping, or making physical contact when possible. He will be starting Pre-K in the fall, and he is super ready! Our little buddy brings so much joy into our house...thank you, God, for giving us Asher!

8. What is your favorite snack? Fruit Snacks
9. What is your favorite animal? Snakes and jellyfish
10. What is your favorite song? "Go Cubs Go"
11. What is your favorite book? Star Wars books; "Kylo Ren: The Force Awakens"
12. Who is your best friend? "All of my friends!" 
13. What is your favorite cereal? Golden Grahams 
14. What is your favorite thing to do outside? Basketball
15. What is your favorite drink? Water and milk
16. What is your favorite holiday? Christmas and Haloween
17. What do you like to take to bed with you at night? Blankie and Tigey
18. What is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast? Pancakes
19. What do you want for dinner on your birthday? Chicken Nuggets
20. What do you want to be when you grow up? At first Asher answered, "Star Wars actor", but then later told me that he wanted to be a "fixer and a builder" instead.
