Eric's B-day

For Eric's birthday, we took him to a Cubs game. I'm not a big sports person, but I do like baseball, and I definitely like going to a Cubs game, so this works out for both of us! We left Asher home with a babysitter, since it was an evening game, and the four of us enjoyed a nice evening out. We sat in the bleachers, which was a first for us with the kids. We had a great time...and the Cubs won. :)

We bought Eden a purse from our trip to NY (she wanted one with "a long strap"), and she insisted on taking it with her to the game along with her little puppy that fit right in the side pocket. 

Peanuts have become a part of our baseball game experience.

The sun is finally setting. One of the drawbacks of the bleachers is that the sun is in your eyes until it sets. The sunset was pretty, though.
