Eric was out of town this past weekend, so my parents and I decided to take the kids on an outing to Milwaukee Zoo. Fun was had by all. :) It was a hot day, and the kids were tired by the end, but we had a good time, and we were able to see some fun animals. My favorite part was visiting the lions. They are behind glass, so you can get a really good look at them (if they aren't hiding in the back). Another funny part was the orangutan we saw. She came up to the fence, looked at us for a brief moment, and then promptly turned her back on us and sat down. It was kind of funny-like she said, "Go ahead and take your picture....now I'm done." There was a thing or two that we didn't get to, but there is only so much you can do with three young ones.
