Asher is a determined, spunky, energetic, ball-loving, boy. Among his favorite things are balls of any kind and star wars figurines. The latter is a result of his older brother's influence, and it's been so crazy to see how Asher has picked it up. He knows "R2", "Chewbacca", "P-O", "Hut", "Trooper", "Han", "Ewok" and more. He also likes Lego figures, but mostly Star Wars ones. At all times, you can find either a star wars figure or a ball in his hand. At. All. Times. I've never seen a little one so passionate about something! He rides in the car with one (or more) of these items in hand, he sleeps with one (or more) of these items...you get the picture. You will observe in some of these pictures below he is holding "P-O". :)
Asher talks quite a bit and is saying new phrases all the time. He is a very expressive and communicative child, and also can be particular with what he likes and doesn't like. He is very vocal and will scream or shriek (or hit) if he doesn't like something. Other then balls and star wars, he likes Olaf and Kristoff from Frozen. He also loves to draw. It's really interesting-if you give him a marker or crayon, he will sit and make small circles all over his paper very meticulously. He likes the color brown and pink (based off of the colors he chooses to use most of the time). He also has some influences from older sister, as you might occasionally catch Asher walking around with a purse or wearing a bracelet. :)
Even though he is getting bigger, he will always be my "baby". As a matter of fact, I must call him this very often, since he refers to any child around his size as a baby. He is our spunkiest and yet most cuddly of our kiddos. We love you Asher, and happy 2nd birthday to you.
