This past Saturday, we took the kids to the city to visit the Field Museam. We had a great time seeing the museum sights (including Sue the T-Rex and other dinosaur displays), and eating ice cream while enjoying the a lake view of the city. We had really wanted to make it to Navy Pier and visit the children's museum there as well as ride the big ferris wheel, but there was no way we were going to pack all of that in, especially since we needed to be back for Saturday evening church, so we will save that adventure for another day.
