Asher 10 Months

Asher's first year is flying by! Our littlest boy is getting bigger by the day. I have him in 18 month clothes (although I can still put him in 12 month clothes if I need to). He has mastered the transitional movement of going from sitting to being on his tummy, but still no official crawling yet. I am still baffled by this, as he is one determined little fellow. You can totally tell that he wants to move everywhere. When on his tummy, he moves in circles, and he can scoot if I put my hand by his foot for him to push off of it. He also sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night crying, because he has turned onto his tummy and can't get turn himself back over...too funny.

He seems to find any little thing in the carpet or on the floor that he can put in his mouth. It can a piece of string or paper or the teeniest tiniest thing, but he finds it and in his mouth it goes. Asher loves to eat, too. He scarfs down just about anything I put on his tray. Let's hope that lasts. The only thing I have found that he is not a huge fan of is bananas-totally strange but it could be a consistency thing? He has a whole row of his top teeth coming in all at the same time. There are at least four and there could be more coming.

He loves being around people, especially his brother and sister. His face just lights up when he sees them. Here are some 10-month snapshots of our Asher-loo, which are becoming increasingly more difficult to get. This boy can sure move around for not crawling yet. :)

You can get a good look at some of his teeth in this one
