Judah's Blankies

Oh, Judah's beloved blankies.  A friend of mind crocheted two blankets and gave them to me as a shower gift before Judah was born.  For some reason, he attached to these blankies, and has slept with them every night since he was very little.  He has a big one and a small one.  Over time, he has managed to unravel them and make a mess out of them.  The little blankie is basically a huge knot...it's not even a blanket anymore.  He has preserved the larger blankie until recently when I noticed that he has started to unravel that one, too.  I have threatened to throw his little blankie away, but he is so attached to these blankets and insists on sleeping with them every night.  I dread the day we have to get rid of these!
