Christmas 2010

It's hard to believe that Christmas has come and gone already!  We met Eric's side of the family in Galena this year and stayed there to celebrate Christmas.  We rented a really nice house, so we had plenty of room for us and the kids.  It also snowed quite a bit this year, which made for a wonderful white Christmas.  I took lots of pictures, which should be no surprise to anyone who knows me.  I would tell you that I have tried to pick only my favorites for the blog, but there are still probably too many pictures, so that's how it goes. :)

This is what we saw on part of our drive to Galena.  I actually made Eric pull over on the highway so that I could take a picture of it.  Isn't it beautiful?
Judah loves playing and being silly with his Uncle Brian!

We actually had our Christmas meal on Christmas Eve this year.  Eric and his brother did a great job carving the meat!

Judah and daddy opening his Christmas Eve present...
 a pair of pajamas!
Grandma Rowe introduced Judah to the candy cane this year.
As you can tell, he loved it (sticky mess and all) and didn't want to stop sucking on it!

Pure cuteness...
Judah with his cousins...aren't they so cute?
Judah opening one of his gifts from us...
He made really funny faces while opening presents.  Here he was saying "eeeeee" in a grunting noise like he was having difficulty getting the wrapping paper off.
Here he is having a little fun with wrapping paper....
 weeeeeeeee!

After spending Christmas morning in Galena, we headed over to my parents house for the afternoon to celebrate with them, too.

Uncle Abe got Judah a guitar which was a BIG hit!  In this picture, Judah is trying very hard to pull the guitar out of the package.

 Yay for trucks!
Grandad tried reading Judah a book that my parents used to read me.  Judah was not quite old enough to really enjoy the book, but there is always next year.
Uncle Abe with his 3D glasses on...don't ask.
Judah's attempt at trying to eat a cookie while drinking at the same time.
