Thanksgiving 2013

We hosted Thanksgiving this year with Eric's side of the family.  This would be a first for me, but I was excited to see how things would go.  Everyone pitched in one way or another, so it was really a group effort.  Eric was in charge of the turkey breast, which he cooked in the crock pot, and I thought it came out pretty good!  We had a great Thanksgiving meal and enjoyed one another's company.  We rarely use our dining room for, you know, actually eating, but I am SO grateful that we have a dining room for times like these.  Everyone was able to sit around the table and have a nice meal.  Here are some pictures of our time together!

Here the kids are making a pumpkin pie with Grandma...

Judah thought Grandma's magnifying glass was funny

This is the same outfit Judah wore for his first Thanksgiving.  I have to find a picture. :)

I am thankful for these three. :)

The kids also did a craft project (making a candy cane out of beads and pipe cleaner).  Thanks for the idea, Aunt Sara!

Andrew shared his stuffed animal with Asher

I'm not sure how long these two sat here and played on the I-pads, but it was a while. :)

We got the kids matching pajamas this year for Christmas.  We attempted to get some pictures of all of them with Grandma for her Christmas card.  So cute!
